It's time to order your yearbook! Don't miss out on this year's memories.
β οΈ Important: April 17th is the last day to order for school delivery. Please order ahead of time, as we will only have a limited number of extra yearbooks available for purchase later.
Your yearbook includes 2 FREE custom pages where you can add personal photos and memories!
Note: You can still order after the deadline, but your yearbook will be shipped to your home (shipping fees apply).

π TreeRing How-To Guide
TreeRing is the online platform we use for yearbook ordering and photo submissions. New to TreeRing? Follow these simple steps:Step 1: Create a TreeRing Accountπ TreeRing How-To Guide
- Go to the WGE TreeRing Website: Click the "Order Your Yearbook Now" button above or click here
- Fill Out Your Information: Enter your name, email address, password, and select your role (Parent, Student, or Staff)
- Select Your Child's Grade and Teacher: Choose the appropriate information from the dropdown menus
Note for TK Parents: If your child is in Transitional Kindergarten (TK), please select Kindergarten as the grade to find the correct teacher. - Confirm Your Account: Check your email for a confirmation link from TreeRing and click it to verify your account
- Log In and Get Started: Return to www.treering.com and log in with your new credentials
- Log into TreeRing: Visit www.treering.com and sign in
- Select "Explore Yearbooks": On your dashboard, click the blue "Explore Yearbooks" button on the yearbook image
- Click "Buy Yearbook": After exploring the preview, click the purchase button
- Select Student and Customize:
- Ensure the correct student is selected (important for families with multiple children)
- Choose your customization options - remember, 2 custom pages are FREE!
- Custom pages let you add personal photos and memories to make the yearbook extra special
- Add to Cart and Checkout: Click "Add to Cart," review your order, and enter your payment details
- Confirm Your Order: You'll receive an email confirmation. You can check your order status anytime under "My Orders" in your TreeRing account
- Log into TreeRing and select "Explore Yearbooks"
- Find "Upload School Photos": Look for the "Yearbook To-Do's" section and click on "Upload School Photos" (you may need to scroll down)
- Choose the Correct Classroom Folder: Select your child's teacher and grade from the folder options
- Upload Your Photos: Click the upload button and select photos from your device
- Add Tags or Captions (Optional): Help us identify the event or people in the photos
- Submit and Save: Confirm your submission. Your photos will be available in the classroom album for the yearbook committee to review
