What was formerly "The Walkathon" will take place on campus Friday, May 7, 2010.
It has transitioned into being a "warm up" event for the new Willow Glen 5K Run/Walk the next day.

Hey Moms and Dads!!! Want to spend a FUN Friday afternoon with your kids?
On Friday, May 7th we are having our Tiger Friday Fun Day!!!
Like the name says, it's all about having fun, and getting ready for our Big 5K Race the very next day.
Kids 1st - 5th grade will be able to choose a sport or activity that will help them "Get in Shape" for the big event the next day.

We need volunteers to help run the following sports:  Soccer, 4-Square, Jump Rope / Hula Hoop, and Basketball. For you artists, we will need volunteers to help kids paint signs and banners in the Cafeteria for the race. 
**Kindergarten parents, we will be having fun relays and games on the grass field, so we need your help too!!! 
All volunteers for 1st - 5th grade should plan on being at the school from 12:30 -2:35, Kindergarten volunteers from 11am - 12:30. If you want to join the fun and help out, please contact Kristin Lyles at; kristinlyles@msn.com or 705-7761.

The Willow Glen 5K Run/Walk, Saturday, May 8, 2010, is an event for the entire Willow Glen Community.
