Science Fair

Our school wide science fair will be held October 17 - 19 this year.  Kindergarten through third grade students participate in parent led classroom projects.  Fourth and Fifth grade students work in pairs or create individual projects.  These projects are displayed in the cafeteria for several days.  Tuesday, October 18, there is a family science night with hands on fun and science fair viewing.

Schmahl Science

The PTA funds Schmahl Science to provide workshops during class time, where students experience science and technology.

Schmahl's workshops are aligned with California's state academic standards.

Workshops include:

• Chemistry
• Earth Science
• Engineering
• Life Science
• Physics
